Total Taekwondo Payment Policy
At Total Taekwondo, we aim to provide a straightforward and transparent payment system for all members. Please carefully review the following payment policies:
Membership Fees:

£34 per month: 1 class per week.

£44 per month: 2 classes per week.

£55 per month: Unlimited classes.

Family member discounts are available
Payment Schedule:

All membership fees are paid via direct debit on a monthly basis.

Membership fees are based on 44 weeks of training per year. Payments are evenly spread across the 12-month period, ensuring consistency for both members and the school.
Class Inclusions:

The membership fees cover regularly scheduled classes only.

Extra one-off classes, seminars, or training camps are optional and charged separately. Participation in these additional events is not covered by the standard membership fee.
Missed Classes & Make-Up Sessions:

Direct debits will not be paused for holidays or missed classes.

Members who miss a class can make it up by attending another location or by taking additional classes the following week, depending on class availability.
Failed Direct Debit / Late Payment Fees:

If a direct debit fails or payment is not made on time, a £5 late payment fee will be charged. This fee will be added to your next direct debit payment.
Cancellations & Adjustments:

Should you wish to cancel or modify your membership, please provide one month’s notice in writing.
